伺服液压机与普通液压机的区别

伺服液压机和普通液压机的最主要的区别是动力源的不同。一个是利用液压系统里的液压油油缸产生压力,另一个则是应用压缩空气为动力源,利用压气缸来执行装置,这是它们的本质区别。

伺服液压机的的发展受伺服电机的影响比较重,目前采用伺服电机驱动的液压机主要是一些小吨位的压力机。为了突破伺服电机的限制,混合驱动方式是目前压力机发展的一个方向。这种混合驱动压力机的构成方式采取差动轮实现普通电机和伺服电机的混合输入,采取两自由度的杆件系统实现混闭式双点压力机。其特点有:

(1)通用性和柔性化、智能化水平高。

由于其伺服功能,滑块运动曲线不再仅仅是正弦曲线,而是可以根据工艺要求进行优化设计的任意曲线。

(2)精度高。

由于采用线性光栅尺检测滑块位置,滑块在整个压力机工作全程都具有;高的运动控制精度,尤其在下死点附近,能够保证滑块的精度在±0.01mm变化;从而保证了压力机的闭合高度在生产过程中的精度稳定,抑制产品毛刺出现,防止产生不良产品。

(3)生产率高。

伺服液压机由于其保留了曲柄压力机的优点,尤其是生产率远高于液压机,体现了“液压机的加工质量,机械压力机的生产效率”。不仅如此,伺服电机驱动曲柄压力机还可以根据工件的不同,调整滑块行程,在一个工循环中无须完成360度旋转,而只进行一定角度的摆动来完成冲压工作,这就进一步缩短了循环时间。最大限度的减少了无谓的行程,大大提高了生产率。

与常规交流异步电动机驱动的机械压力机相比。

 

 

The main difference between servo hydraulic press and ordinary hydraulic press is the difference of power source. One is to use the hydraulic oil cylinder in the hydraulic system to generate pressure; the other is to use compressed air as the power source and use the pneumatic cylinder to execute the device, which is the essential difference between them.

The development of servo hydraulic press is greatly influenced by servo motor. At present, the hydraulic press driven by servo motor is mainly some small tonnage presses. In order to break through the limitation of servo motor, hybrid drive mode is a direction of the development of press at present. The structure of the hybrid driven press adopts differential wheel to realize the mixed input of ordinary motor and servo motor, and adopts two degree of freedom bar system to realize the hybrid closed double point press. Its characteristics are as follows:

(1) It has high versatility, flexibility and intelligence.

Because of its servo function, the slider motion curve is no longer just a sine curve, but any curve that can be optimized according to the process requirements.

(2) High precision.

Due to the use of linear grating ruler to detect the position of the slider, the slider has the whole working process of the press; high motion control accuracy, especially near the bottom dead center, can ensure the accuracy of the slider changes within ± 0.01mm; thus, the accuracy of the press's closing height in the production process is stable, the burr of the product is suppressed, and the defective products are prevented.

(3) High productivity.

Because the servo hydraulic press retains the advantages of crank press, especially the productivity is much higher than hydraulic press, it reflects the "processing quality of hydraulic press and the production efficiency of mechanical press". In addition, the crank press driven by servo motor can also adjust the stroke of slide block according to the different workpiece. In one working cycle, it is not necessary to complete 360 degree rotation, but only swing at a certain angle to complete the stamping work, which further shortens the cycle time. It reduces the unnecessary journey to the maximum extent and greatly improves the productivity.

Compared with the mechanical press driven by conventional AC asynchronous motor.
